* ARTL Members Talk to Sarah Palin: Fifty members of American RTL have attended Sarah Palin book signings in different cities and they have asked Sarah to read the Palin profile. Todd Palin, Sarah's parents, and hundreds of Christians at these events were given business cards that read only ProlifeProfiles.com/Palin. Colorado's Fox TV news affiliate interviewed Bob Enyart about Sarah's appointment of a Planned Parenthood board member to the Alaska Supreme Court (that will air Christmas night at 9:30 p.m. on Fox 31), and ABC's TV news affiliate in Colorado Springs interviewed Bob at the Palin event saying that we'd like to vote for her, but only if she re-commits herself to actually protecting unborn children.
* Gregory Thompson of Personhood Missouri! The sponsor of the Missouri personhood amendment, and promoter of their legislative drive, Gregory Thompson, talks to Bob Enyart about being fired for not removing the Ten Commandments from his public school office, about getting arrested with Alan Keyes at Notre Dame, about Alabama's Judge Roy Moore telling the truth about the brutally wicked Gonzales v. Carhart Supreme Court ruling which our Christian leaders were wrongly celebrating, and about the text of Missiouri's personhood amendment: "the term 'person' shall apply to every human being from the beginning of the biological development of that human being." And Gregory thanks two attorneys from the BEL audience, Indiana's Art Brown and former Focus on the Family staff attorney James Odom who is licensed to practice law in Missouri, for volunteering to help Personhood Missouri fight off Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, and their own co-defendants who are the pro-abortion government officials responsible for defending Gregory's personhood amendment. (If you're an attorney who would like to join tthe ad hoc Missouri Personhood legal team, please contact Gregory!) Finally, Gregory told the BEL audience about the private meeting convened by pro-life leaders to urge him to drop his amendment. Of course there is a chance that the ACLU and Planned Parenthood may fail in their effort to stop Missouri's personhood amendment. So Gregory was summoned to meet in person with the Eagle Forum president Phyllis Schlafly, the leader of the Missouri Family Network which is the state affiliate of Focus on the Family, and the president of Missouri RTL with their lawyer. Also, the founder of Concerned Women for America Beverly LaHaye, with the concurrence of the current president Wendy Wright, personally asked Gregory to not work for personhood. And these groups said that the Missouri Catholic Conference also agreed with the seven previously mentioned organizations, that the Missouri personhood amendment should fail. It seems like Gary's got 'em just where he want's 'em!
