* Bob Enyart Is In and Out of the Studio: Bob abruptly leaves the studio during today's show for an interview with a Colorado newspaper while Darrell Birkey and Jonathan Sutherland talk about San Francisco's tremendous personhood March for Life! Then Bob returned to talk about Colorado's new Republican legislative bill, SB 10-113 which can be described as: Killing Jews Outlawed, Except for Nazis. After 44 years of Colorado killing unborn children the pro-life legislators in the state craft a bill to ban child killing, except for child killers.

* Colorado Right To Life opposes SB 10-113 because:
- CRTL opposes this bill because it says the mother can consent to killing her child.
- This bill is like banning the slave trade, except for slave traders.
- It's like outlawing killing Jews, except for Nazis.
- CRTL opposes this bill because it is not pro-life.
- SB 10-113 makes the false claim that an abortionist is not a murderer.
- It excuses the daily dismemberment of unborn children.
- CRTL opposes this bill because it says killing a child is a crime only in certain circumstances.
- This would be a great bill if it weren't filled with exceptions that dehumanize the child.
- The one thing this bill does well is to demonstrate that Republicans are still confused.
- This bill contradicts itself claiming that killing the baby accidentally can be a crime, but not if an abortionist kills him intentionally.
- SB 10-113 repeats the lie of medically necessary abortion, for abortion is always wrong, and it is never justifiable to intentionally kill a child.
