* Man breaks into house to use toilet, flees with pants down, falls down stairs, dies: This Drudge Report headline links to a story from a Fayetteville TV station where Bob Enyart, Doug McBurney, and an Arkansas truck driver named Robbie worked together to get the station's news director fired for dropping his pants in public (and doing a lot worse than just dying). Bob's producer locates Robbie while he was driving his truck, past the science of the crime no less, and on air they remembered the bizarre particulars of how the local prosecutor and the media wanted to let the homosexual predator get away with his crime.

* And Robbie's Earth Day Rhyme:
If nature is your mother is what you believe,
there's something you should know,
every time that nature calls me,
I flush your mother down the bowl.

And here's a final BEL connection to this week's story from Fayetteville, at BEL we had called the Hearst Corporation, owner of the TV station there, which then fired the news director. And since then, BEL interviewed a Hearst Heiress, granddaughter of William Randolf Hearst, Victoria Hearst, when she called upon the Hearst Corp to fire Helen Thompson when the vintage White House made her racist comments against Israel saying that the Jews should get the blank out of of Palestine and go back to Germany and Poland. That story brought to memory a book Bob read recently by his friend Martin Small and Victor Shayne, Remember Us, about Martin's experience in Poland, when he barely survived the Holocaust.

Earth To Disney: Kids Film Directed by Convicted Child Molester

* It Makes You Sick To Your Stomach: It makes you sick to your stomach how Hollywood sexualizes underage girls. Right? If not, please don't listen to this show. Bob Enyart and Doug McBurney discuss the headlines including the new study of Hollywood's sexualization of underage girls.

* Disney Normalizing a Child Molester: Disney’s aggressive promotion of homosexuality is likely what led them to help the convicted child molester Victor Salva produce his movie Powder. The court proceedings revealed that Salva had videtaped himself molesting a young boy. In his movie, just after a scene in a boy's locker room shower, his main character is beat up just because he's different. Imagine the double-standard outrage that would exist if a church had hired a convicted child molester to make such a film.

* 2018 Update: From kgov.com/liberals-tolerating-pedophiles...

Walt Disney Studios giving a platform to a convicted child molster to direct "Powder", Victor Salva's (essentially autobiographical) film that argues that people (like him) are hated just because they are different. (The main character gets beat up just after a scene at a boys' locker room shower.) With Disney on his resume and still at it 21 years later, molester Salva has gone on to direct his own franchise with his latest film released in 2017 after removing a scene that disgusted even Hollywood film reviewers for its justification, "Can you blame him?" of an adult wanting to have sex with a 13 year old child. Then in 2018 Disney's effort to mainstream a child molester has come home to roost as they fire James Gunn, their billion-dollar Guardians director, for his earlier "joking" tweets about sex with children, the kinds of things that Salva actually videotaped himself doing.

* EarthToDisney.com: Bob Enyart is looking for funding to build BEL's EarthToDisney.com website. Time Estimate: 3 month project. Create a top-ten list of examples of what Christian and conservative families do not want in children's movies using actual video clips of each, all embedded on the site's homepage. We will include examples from movies that are light entertainment of anti-christian bias, sexual immorality, rebellion against parents, hatred between siblings, etc. We will take these examples from movies from various Hollywood production houses including Disney. The sight would include information on Disney’s aggressive promotion of homosexuality which led them to help the convicted child molester Victor Salva produce his movie Powder. Denver Post's 3-to-1 is Wrong; It's 2-to-1

* The Denver Post's 3-to-1 Headline is Wrong; Should be 2-to 1: The personhood loss in 2008 was closer to 3-to-1. But the increase in the personhood Yes votes in 2010 closed the gap to close to a 2-to-1 ratio! (See below.) Also, Bob answers Ms. Magazine's question about why there are fewer outspoken women atheists than men (because men are more reckless than women). And finally, Bob is glad that police arrested a guy with a hood over his head, as a reminder to everyone that Muslims should not be wearing masks or burqas in public (as per the law in Austria for example).

* Updated Election Analysis: The Secretary of State does not release the official vote count until Nov. 26th and until then, the public is using the differing 9News and Denver Post reports (showing different "percent reporting" numbers but with the same A62 vote tally). For now, we're expecting that A62 will come in at 30% of the vote. In the meantime, conventional wisdom claimed that only 15% would support a personhood 100% abortion ban. The "Yes on Personhood" vote grew by 10% as compared to our 2008 Yes votes, in that 27% of the 2008 vote is now 30% of the 2010 vote, and that encourages us! Now, in 2010, on Amendment 62, 30% of Colorado voted Yes to ban all abortion, and that is with the opposition of the biggest names in the pro-life industry. So the Post headline was wrong and A62 closed the gap from 3-to-1 to 2-to-1.

Regarding Ken Buck's Close Loss: After breaking every pro-life campaign promise he made including by promising to confirm pro-choice judges if elected, Ken Buck told the Amendment 62 proponents, "I'm not going to cater to personhood for 2% of the vote."

Anti-62 Rally Backfires

* Stunning A62 Logo Steals Show: Westword's photographer can't keep his camera lens off the Amendment 62 logo! Even though the alternative rag is thoroughly pro-abortion, the newspaper's presumably "pro-choice" photo journalist did a great job promoting the Amendment 62 personhood message at Planned Parenthood's own rally! The A62 logo was prominently displayed, showing it's message without words: 62 loves the baby, showing an unborn child in the womb. Also shown is a pro-life Abe Lincoln look-alike who worked for years at Mt. Rushmore (see a pic of him there) talking to Colorado RTL office manager Donna Ballentine; Ken Scott of Pro-life Colorado holding a huge poster of an aborted child with the words Abortion is Murder; Audrey Dobson holding a a picture of a fetus that says I'm a person; and the Collaborators Project founder Will standing his ground in front of pro-aborts who were there to pose for the media.

* The Denver Daily News Shows A62 Dwarfing the Opposition: with their top story, Clash over Personhood: Both sides of abortion debate meet at the Capitol, the Denver Daily's photographer and editors selected a photo that shows a pro-life mom holding her baby who is ignoring the No on 62 child killers but has his eyes fast on the unborn child that appears in the beautiful Amendment 62 logo!

* No on 62, aka Planned Parenthood, Cannot Be Trusted: Planned Parenthood’s still-celebrated founder and longtime president Margaret Sanger wrote that the handicapped, including the "blind, deaf, dumb, mute and epileptics," were the "dead weight of human waste" in her book Pivot of Civilization on page 112 available online at Google Books. And Sanger, who is still honored through Planned Parenthood's Proud of our Past claims, and in their giving of the annual Margaret Sanger Award, wrote on page 33 of her book Woman and the New Race, "The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it." * NPR's Colorado Affiliate KUNC on No on 62: The NPR report on the abortionists' rally quoted Will, founder of the Collaborators Project, saying that he had no problem interrupting the planned event. "Recently a politician shouted out to Obama, 'you lie,' and I think that's important when someone's using a pulpit to lie," Will said adding that he thinks abortion rights advocates are wrong to say that the amendment would put a woman's life at risk. He also said. "And you never heard them say anything about a baby. That's why we're here, because it's a baby."

* A62 Co-Sponsor Knocks It Out of the Park on Fox: Interviewed by Fox 31 during Planned Parenthood's anti-62 rally, Gualberto Garcia Jones said, "We're talking about a fundamental issue here and that's the humanity of the child. There are many, many difficult circumstances in life before birth and after birth. None of them change the fundamental fact that a human being is a person and we should treat everyone the same."

Drudge Blows 2 Headlines in 2 Days

* Drudge Blows Two Headlines in Two Days: Matt Drudge captions a photo of a cadet reading a "Kill Bin Laden" book as, "Cadet read... book at Obama speech" implying this was during Obama's speech. The Reuters caption for the photo however states, "Cadet reads a book... as he waits with other cadets for U.S. President Barack Obama to deliver an address." And his, "Feds authorize first use of federal funding for human embryonic stem cells..." headline was flatly wrong, as George W. Bush funded embryonic stem cell research on 21 "lines" of dismembered children, and even the Washington Post headline that Drudge linked to says: U.S. set to fund more stem cell study. At the time, the pro-life industry quipped that Bush had "split the baby," with a reference to wise Solomon's returning of an infant unharmed to its mother, whereas Bush actually did split the baby, or, all 21 of them, and delivered them to scientists whose experiments may have tormented these tiny children for months.

Mike Courington -- Sex Act Charge for 40/29 News Director

* The CW's Truck Stop Pervert Already on Police Radar: Masturbating in Public – An unfortunate trucker witnessed a crime committed by a local news editor, a Fort Smith, Arkansas journalist, who performed a public sex act. After phoning 911 and then being subpoenaed to testify, the trucker phoned Bob Enyart and Doug McBurney on Denver's 50,000-watt AM 670 KLTT. This Arkansas truck driver probably called us (begins at 7 minutes in) because our afternoon drive program Bob Enyart Live is known around the country and among truckers for opposing plea bargains and for exposing judges and prosecutors who help criminals sweep their crimes, especially sex crimes, under the rug. Robbie from Arkansas was the complaining witness against The CW network (CBS/Warner) affiliate 40/29 TV (owned by the Hearst Corp) news director Mike Courington for masturbating in public at the Tobo's 66 truck stop at Exit 58 on I-540 just south of Fayetteville.

Greenland Arkansas Authorities Charged 40/29 TV's Michael Courington for Sex Act. Police told the trucker that they had police car dash cam video of Mike Courington from his previous suspicious behavior when he was being told to leave the property. This time, after the trucker wrote down Courington's license plate number and being a willing complaining witness, Courington received three charges from the prosecutor:
-criminal trespass
-public disturbance/disorderly conduct, and
-indecent exposure with intent...

On Sept. 30 the Trucker was Subpoenaed to Testify but on Oct. 6 when he called the Greenland prosecutor he was told that Courington had plea bargained down to obstructed windshields, or uhhh was it... actually, disorderly conduct, yes, disorderly conduct, and Courington was sentenced to 90 days in jail with work release.

A Call to Courington's Own Station and News Department (begins at 19 minutes in) at the Hearst Corporation's 40/29 KHBS/KHOG to Robin in the newsroom shows that they were unaware of the incidents. BEL reported this crime also to other local news outlets including ArkansasOnline.com. (Oct. 8 Update: By phone today Robin told an Arkansas viewer that the story about Courington is just a rumor and is not true.)

* USA Today Today Vindicates BEL Policy: USA Today today reports a major decrease in the crime of rape while, thankfully, reporting seems to have risen, all because of the forensic value of DNA evidence. For more than a decade, host Bob Enyart has been calling for a comprehensive National DNA database and most recently during an interview with presidential candidate and U.S. Congressman Tom Tancredo urged a policy of DNA swabs for everyone entering the United States.

* What's a Liberal to Do? Students in Dayton Ohio apparently do not have the same catch-and-release program as does the Greenland Arkansas prosecutor. An elementary public school teacher in Dayton Ohio was bitten on the arm by a student who would not release him. With the Detroit News reporting a while back that schools medicate 11.4 million students, and any Google Alert of schoolhouse crimes including sex between teachers and students filling the average inbox to overflowing, and the Adult Discipline Disorder (ADD) epidemic in our public schools, and with 108 babies being born in a single year to students at Denver metro's Adam's City High School, and with the jihad against spanking, what's a liberal to do?
