* Too Many Bills: Bob Enyart relates his appearances on Bill Maher's Politically Incorrect while reporting on Maher's recent conversation with Bill Nye in which they lie about Christians to convince their ignorant audience of a revisionist history. Bob also talks about the drought before the global flood (per Ezekiel, his Tree seminar, and petrified wood), and about Stephen Hawking suggesting that humans treat one another like animals.
* Ezekiel 31 "Predicts" Evidence of Drought: Twenty years after Bob Enyart began teaching that Ezekiel 31 reveals that there was a drought prior to the global flood (hear this in The Tree DVD, or in The Tree audio, or in chapter 8 of The Plot book, shown below), he heard Dr. John Morris, president of the Institute for Creation Research, relate evidence (see this on YouTube and in Morris' book) of a pre-flood drought only in the last seven rings of growth in petrified wood found in the U.S. Southwest. (Related: See also RSR's List of Creation Science Predictions.)
* Stephen Hawking is a Lunatic: See this documented at rsr.org/lunatic. Hawking fears global warming. Okay. So, he says, let's go to the Moon! Or even Mars! "Life on Earth is at the ever-increasing risk of being wiped out by a disaster such as sudden global warming..." The end-of-the-world doomsayer atheist Stephen Hawking wants mankind to respond to global warming and other apocalyptic fears (like nuclear war) by colonizing the Moon, evidently forgetting that the Moon can be hit by nukes, lacks oxygen, lacks liquid water, and has a daytime temperature of over 200 degrees (107 C). Of course it is the Sun that is source of Earth's global warming, and because Mars is 50 million miles further from our Sun, its temperature ranges from 1 degree F down to 178 below! So Hawking suggests that (questionable) concerns over what has been a customary one degree fluctuation in the Earth's temperature should cause us to flee into about 200 degrees, above and below zero. And if warming really is a threat, why does Hawking overlook the safer havens of Antarctica, Greenland and Siberia? He also says that humanity must colonize other planets to survive. Yet the closest exoplanet, Alpha Centauri Bb, is nearly 80,000 years away, even for an unmanned craft traveling at 38,000 miles per hour, which is NASA's fastest current speed furthest from the sun. Again, see more at rsr.org/lunatic.
* See John Morris' 2013 Talk at Rocky Mountain Creation Fellowship: If you locate at what time in this talk Dr. Morris mentions the petrified wood drought evidence, please email that information to Bob@kgov.com. 2016 Update: Bob asked about the original source documentation for John's report of this petrified tree ring drought evidence. Sadly, Dr. Morris is suffering with serious health challenges, so please pray for him and his family. Currently, the only infromation RSR has regarding this observation is that it was reported to Dr. Morris by a graduate student doing field work in the U.S. Southwest. "RSR listener, if you know of documentation of this, please pass it along to us!" -An RSR staffer.
Today’s Resource: If you are not familiar with the large amount of biblical material discussing God's two covenant peoples, Israel and the Body of Christ, then you might really enjoy The Plot. Bob Enyart's life's work is based on this observation: Grasping the overview of the Bible is the KEY to its DETAILS. And the "details" are the doctrines that Christians wrestle with. This Bible teaching is available in a soft-cover book titled The Plot or in a downloadable pdf version, and it's also available in an audio recording of Bob's Plot seminars for immediate download or to receive in the mail on an MP3 CD. And have your children or grandkids heard the The Plot Boys yet? In this audio series for young people, Bob and two young boys, Stephen and Josh, teach through an overview of the Bible. The guys present this in a way that kids (and adults) can really understand, so it's a valuable foundation for serious Bible study. Also, please consider ordering the entire Enyart Library! This invaluable resource will benefit your entire family or church, give you gifts and materials to share with friends, and you'll help Bob Enyart Live reach more and more people with a Christian worldview!
