 * Mona Pointed Out: reinforcing a central message of BEL, Mona Charen explained with real insight that great harm comes from our nation's tragic acceptance of sex outside of marriage.
 * What Was NOT Said: Notice, even though the Supreme Court upheld the Partial Birth Abortion ban just yesterday, neither Bob Enyart nor Mona Charen even mentioned, let alone celebrated, that decision. After all, PBA is banned, and sadly not one baby has been saved. Today, Shirley Dobson appeared on Hugh Hewitt's radio show celebrating the PBA ban, and admitted they worked "for 15 years" toward this goal. What a tragedy that our Christian leaders wasted all those years, and millions of dollars, while nearly 20,000,000 children were killed, working toward a goal that never had even the possibility of saving one single child. Aren't we wiser than that? And on the syndicated Christian talk show, News & Views, hosts Larry and Chuck Bates continued to celebrate the PBA ban, thinking that it ended all late term abortions, until they took a call from Colorado Right To Life board member Lolita Hanks, R.N., who informed them that late-term abortionists are continuing to kill older babies even after the ban, because that ban only requires the abortionist to use a different procedure to kill the child, as is most common among abortionists like Boulder's Warren Hern, who is today still killing late-term babies in the womb while Christian leaders celebrate and actually think they prevented the killing of these kids. A final note: The Bates accused this show, BEL, of being ignorant about the realities of the abortion battle. We love them, but grieve that they believe we should regulate the killing of the innocent, rather than give uncompromised loyalty to God's enduring command, Do not murder.
